Abstract:

Provided is an emulsified hair cosmetic composition that exhibits an excellent finger combability upon application and after heat treatment, and that exhibits an excellent post-heat-treatment hair manageability and an excellent persistence thereof.　The emulsified hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains levulinic acid (component A), a cationic surfactant (component B), a C8-24 aliphatic alcohol (component C), a silicone compound (component D), and water (component E).
