Abstract:
Disclosed is an emulsifying preparation for an oil-soluble component, which is functionally excellent when applied to a water phase and capable of maintaining stability for a long time. The emulsifying preparation has a few limitations when formed into a preparation or a product.
Specifically disclosed is an emulsifying preparation which contains (A) an oil phase component containing an oil-soluble component, (B) a water phase component containing a polyhydric alcohol, and (C) an emulsifying agent that contains a mono fatty acid ester of polyglycerols having an average polymerization degree of not less than 10, while having an HLB value of 14-18 (inclusive) or a transmittance at a wavelength of 600 nm of not less than 80% in the form of a 1% by weight aqueous solution. Those containing a mono oleic acid ester or mono myristic acid ester of polyglycerols having an average polymerization degree of not less than 10, those containing mono fatty acid esters of polyglycerols that contains polyglycerols having a polymerization degree of not less than 6 in amount of not less than 65% by weight in total, and those containing mono fatty acid esters of polyglycerols that contains linear and branched polyglycerols in amount of not less than 60% by weight in total are preferable as the emulsifying agent (C).
