Abstract:
Disclosed is an emulsion composition comprising the components (A) to (E) mentioned below, and characterized in that the molar content of the component (B) is 1- to 15-times larger than that of the component (C): component (A): a higher aliphatic alcohol; component (B): an anionic surfactant; component (C): a cationic surfactant; component (D): water; and component (E): an oily component.
A novel emulsion composition which is associated with an α-gel, does not undergo the decrease in viscosity over time even when any salt is not added to the emulsion composition, and therefore has extremely superior long-term stability, and an emulsion cosmetic can be provided.
