Abstract:
Disclosed are an encoding and decoding method and apparatus, and a storage medium, belonging to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises: decoding JCCR indication information, wherein the JCCR indication information is used for indicating whether a current processing unit supports a JCCR mode; and determining, according to the JCCR indication information, whether the current processing unit supports the JCCR mode. In this way, grammar is added to enable or disable a JCCR mode, and the flexibility of an encoding and decoding process is improved.
