Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of radiopharmaceutical chemistry, and provided are 18F-labeled fluoropicolinylglycine as well as a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The 18F-labeled fluoropicolinylglycine provided in the present invention is 6-[18F]-fluoro-3-picolinylglycine, 5-[18F]-fluoro-2-picolinoylglycine, or 4-[18F]-fluoro-2-picolinoylglycine. The 18F-labeled fluoropicolinylglycine provided in the present invention has excellent stability and good biological properties, and has no adverse effects on an organism after decay. It may be known by means of an in vivo distribution test that the 18 F-labeled fluoropicolinylglycine is mainly absorbed by the kidneys and is then quickly discharged from the body. 10 min after injecting the 18F-labeled fluoropicolinylglycine into the body of a mouse, almost all of same is discharged into the bladder. The 18F-labeled fluoropicolinylglycine provided in the present invention is particularly advantageous for the evaluation of renal function in renal diseases.
