Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an encoding method, device, and apparatus. The method comprises: determining N bits to be encoded, the N bits to be encoded comprising information bits and fixed bits; acquiring a first polarisation weighting vector comprising the polarisation weighting of N polarisation channels, the N bits to be encoded corresponding to the N polarisation channels; on the basis of the first polarisation weighting vector, determining the position of the information bits; and implementing polar encoding of the N bits to be encoded to acquire polar encoded bits.
