Abstract:
Provided is an end fitting mounting device (1) for toothed belts, which is configured so that an end of a toothed belt (50) can be readily and reliably affixed without using a dedicated press device. After the end of the toothed belt (50) is inserted through the belt insertion hole (4) and wedge insertion hole (5) of a mounting member (3), the dummy teeth (2a) of a wedge member (2) are engaged with teeth (51) provided at the end of the toothed belt (50), and the toothed belt (50) with which the wedge member (2) has been engaged is pulled from the direction of the belt insertion hole (4) to affix the wedge member (2) to the mounting member (3).
