Abstract:
In accordance with this motor noise cancellation device, a base vector output unit (2) generates and outputs, as a base vector, a set of high harmonics in relation to the fundamental frequency of the drive signals output to a motor (6). By performing an error minimization computation using a step size parameter µ and detection signals obtained from a noise sensor (9) that detects noise generated when the motor is driven, a coefficient generation unit (3) generates, while updating, coefficients corresponding to the respective base vector. When a product-sum computation unit (4) performs a product-sum computation of the base vectors and the coefficient corresponding to each base vector, noise generated during driving of the motor is cancelled by addition or subtraction of the drive signals and the signals obtained as computation results.
