Abstract:
[Problem] To optimally adjust a specular reflection component without lowering luminance. [Solution] An endoscope device according to the present disclosure is equipped with: a reflection-having image acquisition unit that acquires a reflection-having image which contains a specular reflection component from a subject; a reflection-lacking image acquisition unit that acquires a reflection-lacking image which does not contain the specular reflection component from the subject; and a synthesis processing unit that synthesizes an image from the reflection-having image and the reflection-lacking image. With this configuration, it is possible to optimally adjust a specular reflection component without lowering luminance, thereby enabling optimal observation of a subject.
