Abstract:

An endoscope insertion tube, and a processing method and a production apparatus therefor. The endoscope insertion tube comprises an inner tube (100), a braided mesh tube (200) and an outer coating layer (300). The braided mesh tube (200) is sleeved on the periphery of the inner tube (100); the outer coating layer (300) is formed on the periphery of the braided mesh tube (200) by means of a plastic dipping process, or the outer coating layer (300) is formed on the periphery of the braided mesh tube (200) by means of a plastic spraying process; and the braided mesh tube (200) is fixed relative to the inner tube (100) by means of the outer coating layer (300). The processing method for the endoscope insertion tube comprises: inserting the inner tube (100) into the braided mesh tube (200), and attaching a plastisol to the surface of the braided mesh tube (200) by using the plastic dipping process or the plastic spraying process. In the solution, the outer coating layer (300) is attached to the surface of the braided mesh tube (200) by means of the plastic dipping process or the plastic spraying process. Compared with the method of sleeving a heat shrinkable tube on the periphery of the braided mesh tube (200) in a conventional solution, the present invention is convenient to operate, and greatly improves the production efficiency of endoscope insertion tubes.
