This endoscope puncture needle is provided with a tubular tube section, a first needle tip section having a first needle tip at the distal end thereof, and a second needle tip section having a second needle tip at the distal end thereof. The first needle tip section has a first blade surface and a second blade surface extending toward the first needle tip. The second needle tip section has a third blade surface and a fourth blade surface extending toward the second needle tip. The first blade surface, the second blade surface, the third blade surface, and the fourth blade surface form the rim of an opening communicating with the inner space of the tubular section. In a tip region, normal vectors of the first blade surface and the third blade surface are directed in a direction from one blade surface toward the other blade surface rather than in a direction perpendicular to a line passing through the first needle tip and the second needle tip. In the tip region, normal vectors of the second blade surface and the fourth blade surface are directed in a direction from one blade surface toward the other blade surface rather than in the direction perpendicular to the line passing through the first needle tip and the second needle tip.
