Abstract:
An image processing system according to the present invention comprises: an image capture unit which generates a plurality of instances of image data in which an acquisition area of a photographic subject image differs at least partially, or a plurality of instances of image data which have a disparity with regard to a common photographic subject; an integration unit which integrates the plurality of instances of image data and generates one instance of integrated image data; an image processing unit which carries out an image process upon the integrated image data; and a display image generating unit which, on the basis of the integrated image data whereupon the image process has been carried out by the image processing unit, generates display image data to be displayed on a display device. The image capture unit and the integration unit are disposed in a different casing body from the casing body in which the image processing unit and the display image generating unit are disposed.
