Abstract:
A classification estimating unit (10) obtains by means of a first processing unit (101) the component ratio of each usage of the year-round energy consumption amount from a model case and prorates, for each usage and by means of a second processing unit (102), the performance value of the year-round energy consumption amount by the component ratios obtained by means of the first processing unit (101). Then, the classification estimating unit (10) prorates, for each month and by means of a third processing unit (103), the energy consumption amount for usages excluding one usage of the energy consumption amounts obtained by means of the second processing unit (102) by the monthly component ratios of the energy consumption amount of said usages in the model case. Additionally, the classification estimating unit (10) estimates, for each month and by means of a fourth processing unit (104), the residual amount obtained by subtracting the energy consumption amount prorated by means of the third processing unit (103) from the performance value of the energy consumption amount as the energy consumption amount of the aforementioned one usage in the each month. As a consequence, the estimation accuracy of the energy consumption amount per usage in an energy conservation evaluation device (1) can be improved without using different measuring devices for each energy usage.
