Abstract:
An energy management control system for anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production and a control method therefor. According to the control system, implicit association feature extraction at a time sequence dimension is carried out for a rotational speed value, an in-furnace pressure value, and a reaction temperature value of a converter reactor (R), and a gas chromatogram of a product on the basis of a deep neural network model, and the rotational speed of the converter reactor (R) is dynamically adjusted in real time according to a real-time generation state feature of the product and the change features of the in-furnace pressure and a reaction temperature to improve the reaction efficiency, then improving the utilization rate of a reaction material and the quality of the product.
