Abstract:
An energy saving air exchanger, includes a housing(131), a heat exchanger in the housing(131), a stale air fan and a fresh air fan; a stale air inlet(1311), a stale air outlet(1312), a fresh air inlet(1313) and a fresh air outlet(1314) are mounted dispersedly on the housing(131); the air exchanger includes at least one heat exchange core(133), the heat exchange core(133) includes two groups of heat exchange channels which are isolated from each other and bordered with each other alternatively, the ports of the two groups of the heat exchange channels are mounted on four different places of the heat exchange core respectively; the heat exchange channels are prolate, the total distance the stale or fresh air flows in its respective heat exchange channels is more than 3 times the diameter of the maximal outer circumcircle of the cross section of the heat exchange channels. The stale air and the fresh air flows in the two groups of the heat exchange channels respectively, and exchanges heat, the two groups of the heat exchange channels are parallel, the stale air and the fresh air flows in opposite directions, this increases the time of the heat exchange and enhances the efficiency of heat exchange.
