Abstract:
A system for producing high quality gasoline comprises an extraction apparatus (1), a distilling apparatus (2), and hydrogenation apparatuses (3-1, 3-2). The upper portion of the extraction apparatus (1) is connected with the distilling apparatus (2) through a pipeline, the lower portion of the extraction apparatus (1) is connected with the hydrogenation apparatus (3-2) for extract oil, light gasoline is collected from the upper portion of the distilling apparatus (2) through a pipeline, and the lower portion of the distilling apparatus (2) is connected with the hydrogenation apparatus (3-1) for heavy gasoline. Reformed products or ethene is collected from the lower portion of the hydrogenation apparatus (3-1) through a pipeline, and the hydrogenated extract oil is combined with the light gasoline forming blended oil to be collected. Process for producing high quality gasoline comprises extracting the raw oil primarily, then separating the raffinate by distilling and subjecting the extract oil to hydrogenation, and thereafter subjecting the heavy gasoline from the distilling apparatus (2) to hydrogenation, so as to reduce sulfur content, reduce alkene content, and increase Octane Number.
