Abstract:
This energy saving management device (10) estimates a temperature distribution of a low temperature warehouse (2) by performing airflow analysis and an operation simulation of an air conditioner (20). The energy saving management device (10) determines improvement points for the air conditioner (20) in order to save energy on the basis of the estimated temperature distribution. The energy saving management device (10) estimates a consumption power amount of the air conditioner (20) after applying the improvement points, by way of performing the airflow analysis and the operation simulation of the air conditioner (20) after the application of the improvement points. The energy saving management device (10) calculates, as an energy saving effect, an electricity charge reduced by the application of the improvement points on the basis of a power consumption amount of the air conditioner (20) before improvement, a power consumption amount of the air conditioner (20) after the estimated improvement, and charge table information which is electric charge table information.
