Abstract:
Disclosed is an energy-saving-type sludge drying device, comprising a support frame; a stirring device is fixedly mounted above the support frame, the stirring device comprises a box body mounted above the support frame, a feeding port is provided at a left end of the box body, and a driving mechanism is fixedly mounted at a right end of the box body, one side of the stirring device is connected to a heating and drying mechanism to facilitate a drying operation on sludge in the box body, heat recovery devices each comprise a heating sleeve mounted above a housing, a heat conducting piece is fixedly connected under the heating sleeve, and a metal water pipe is inserted inside the heating sleeve to facilitate the recovery and utilization of heat energy. The present invention uses two sets of drying modes to perform the drying operation, greatly increasing the drying efficiency, facilitating the recovery of heat energy, and saving energy and being environmentally friendly.
