Abstract:
The inventive energy storage and transmission device comprises a drive shaft, a driven shaft connected to a loading, and a flywheel rigidly connected to the drive shaft. Said device is characterised in that it is provided with a mechanical energy source connected in tandem to a freewheel clutch which is linked to the drive shaft, a mechanical energy storage unit being connected in tandem to a jaw clutch. The mechanical energy storage unit is embodied in the form of input and output shafts connected to each other with the aid of a multiple-coil spiral spring. The jaw clutch comprises two clutches one of which is rigidly connected to the output shaft of the mechanical energy storage, the second clutch being movably connected to the drive shaft. The input shaft of the mechanical energy storage unit is rigidly connected to the flywheel. Said inventive device is also provided with a control unit whose first and second outputs are connected to the mechanical energy source and the jaw clutch with the aid of first and second servo drives correspondingly; first and second speed sensors whose inputs are connected correspondingly to the input shaft of the mechanical energy storage and to the driven shaft and the outputs thereof being correspondingly connected to the first and second inputs of the control unit. The third input of the control unit is connected to a speed setting mechanism of the driven shaft.
