Abstract:
Provided is an energy utilization assistance system comprising: an energy management device for managing one or more than one subject to be managed which consumes energy; and a user terminal for transmitting and receiving information with the energy management device via a network. The energy management device comprises an energy management controller for creating a question which relates to an action of a user who uses the subject to be managed and transmitting said question to the user terminal. The user terminal comprises a user terminal controller for, when the question transmitted from the energy management controller has been received, transmitting a response which relates to the received question to the energy management controller. Upon receiving the response transmitted from the user terminal controller, the energy management controller forecasts an energy consumption quantity of the subject to be managed on the basis of the received response.
