Abstract:

Disclosed is an engine control device for a tractor, which is characterized by having a configuration in which a standard engine output curve (N) is selected by a mode selection unit (134) to perform switching to an engine rotation speed maintenance control mode (B) when a PTO drive unit (151) for driving a working machine mounted in the tractor is turned on, and having a configuration in which a fuel-efficient engine output curve (S) is selected by the mode selection unit (134) to perform switching to an engine rotation speed change control mode (A) when the PTO drive unit (151) for driving the working machine is turned on. Consequently, the problem that an engine stall tends to occur when control for maintaining the engine rotation speed is performed while the fuel-efficient engine output curve with lower fuel consumption rate than normal consumption rate is selected can be solved.
