Abstract:
An enhanced reaction system and method for preparing cyclohexanone by selective hydrogenation of benzene. The system comprises a hydrogenation reactor (10); the hydrogenation reactor (10) is provided with a discharge port (11), and the discharge port (11) is connected to a catalyst separator (20) for separating a catalyst in a reaction product; the bottom of a gas-liquid separator (80) is provided with an alcohol ketone liquid outlet (81), and the alcohol ketone liquid outlet (81) is connected to a cyclohexanone rectifying tower (90) for separating cyclohexanone; the side wall of the hydrogenation reactor (10) is provided with a first raw material inlet (12), and the first raw material inlet (12) is provided with a first micro-interface generator (101) for dispersing and crushing gas into bubbles; the side wall of an addition reactor (40) is provided with a second raw material inlet (41), and the second raw material inlet (41) is provided with a second micro-interface generator (401) for dispersing and crushing gas into bubbles. After the micro-interface generators are provided at the raw material inlets of the hydrogenation reactor (10) and the addition reactor (40), the mass transfer area between hydrogen and a liquid-phase material is increased, and the reaction efficiency is improved; moreover, the reaction temperature and pressure are reduced, and the safety and stability of the whole system are improved.
