Abstract:
Provided is an external micro-interface strengthening system for preparing cyclohexanone by an esterification method, comprising an esterification reactor; a side wall of the esterification reactor is provided with a raw material inlet, the raw material inlet is connected to a micro-interface generator so as to disperse and crush gas into bubbles, and a reactant outlet is connected to an ethanol rectification tower so as to separate ethanol from a reactant; the bottom of the ethanol rectification tower is provided with a heavy component outlet, the heavy component outlet being connected to a cyclohexanol rectification tower so as to separate gas phase cyclohexanol; and the top portion of the cyclohexanol rectification tower is provided with a gas phase outlet, and the gas phase outlet is connected to a dehydrogenation reactor so as to carry out a cyclohexanol dehydrogenation reaction. By connecting the micro-interface generator in the raw material inlet, the external micro-interface strengthening system of the present invention increases the mass transfer surface between hydrogen and cyclohexyl acetate and improves the mass transfer efficiency between gas and liquid phases, thereby improving reaction efficiency and reducing production costs for enterprises; meanwhile, the temperature and pressure of esterification reactions are reduced, and the safety and stability of the system are increased.
