Abstract:
The present invention relates to an enhancing system and a process for preparing polyethylene on basis of a solution method, comprising: an ethylene storage tank, a reactor, a micro-interface generator, a killer, a desolvation tank, a rectification tower, a flash tank, a separation tank, a first drying tower, and a second drying tower. In the present invention, ethylene is broken up to form micron-scale bubbles, and the micron-scale bubbles are mixed with a solvent to form a gas-liquid emulsion, so that the phase interface area of gas-liquid two phases is enlarged, the thickness of a liquid film is reduced, the mass transfer resistance is reduced, and the effect of enhancing mass transfer in a lower preset operation condition range is achieved; and all of the micron-scale bubbles can be fully mixed with the solvent to form the gas-liquid emulsion; by fully mixing the gas-liquid two phases, it can be ensured that ethylene and an initiator in the system can be fully contacted with the solvent, further improving polymerization efficiency of the system.
