Abstract:
An environment influencing member purchase system for enabling efficient purchase
of a member containing a specific chemical substance while satisfying the purchaser’s
requirement. A member specification specifying section (150) of an environment-influencing
member purchase device (101) specifies member specifications to conform a to-be-purchased
object to the environment standards. A request information making section (160)
makes request information to the effect that a proposal about use of the specified
member is requested. A communication control section (110) sends the made proposal
request information to a terminal (700) of the seller. A member purchase judging
section (171) analyzes the content of the answer of the proposal request received
from the terminal (700) of the seller, and judges whether or not to adopt the proposal.
