Abstract:
There is a problem that prior technology is inadequate for providing comfortable napping to a subject. This environmental control detail-determining device (1) comprises an acquisition part (191) and a determination part (193). The acquisition part (191) acquires pre-nap information (D11) relating to the subject and the scheduled nap time (D12), including the scheduled nap start time and scheduled nap end time. The determination part (193) assesses the subject's level of wakefulness at the scheduled nap time (D12) on the basis of the pre-nap information (D11), and determines the details of environmental control for the object space in which the subject will be napping.
