Abstract:
Provided for use in a miniature navigation antenna is an environmentally-friendly dielectric ceramic material, manufacturing raw materials therefor comprising primary powder raw materials calcium carbonate 24-30%, titanium dioxide 24-36%, magnesium oxide 23-33%, zinc oxide 10-15%, aluminum oxide 1-6%, and trace-amount additives silicon dioxide 0.8-1.4% and vanadium pentoxide 0.6-1.7%. The ceramic material is characterized by a low firing temperature, low dielectric constant, high quality factor and stable resonant frequency temperature.
