Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an epoxy resin composition that maintains a low viscosity for a long time during injection of a resin into a reinforcing fiber base material, and that is capable of imparting, to a fiber-reinforced composite material, high-level physical properties (heat resistance, high compressive strength, impact resistance, and durability) required for the use of a structural material, even in a case in which the temperature rise rate during thermal curing is slow; and a fiber-reinforced composite material using said epoxy resin composition. In order to achieve the abovementioned purpose, this epoxy resin composition for a fiber-reinforced composite material contains: [A] 70-90 mass% of tetraglycidyl diaminodiphenylmethane in 100 mass% of the total epoxy resin component; [B] 10-30 mass% of a bisphenol F type epoxy resin in 100 mass% of the total epoxy resin component; [C] 4,4'-methylenebis(3-chloro-2,6-diethylaniline); and [D] 4,4'-methylenebis(3,3',5,5'-tetraisopropylaniline).
