Abstract:
Even in case of an equipment shutdown in the event of an equipment anomaly, it may be possible for a user to perform an emergency operation of the equipment. However, excessive emergency operations could further damage the equipment. An equipment management system (1, 1a) comprises: a storage unit (11) for storing information about repair of equipment in association with an anomaly that has occurred in the equipment; an acquisition unit (12) for acquiring the information about repair of equipment and writing it into the storage unit; and an operation content determination unit (13) for determining operation content of an emergency operation. The information about repair of equipment contains information of a request for repair for the anomaly in the equipment. The operation content determination unit determines the operation content of the emergency operation depending on the presence or absence of the request for repair.
