Abstract:
The present invention provides a catalyst for use in synthesis of an aromatic amide that can be collected and reused, and addresses the problem of enabling a simple synthesis process in which the amount of a catalyst metal mixed into a product is reduced. The present invention provides a nickel catalyst that contains a complex composed of nickel and a polymer having a repeating structural unit comprising a nitrogen-containing heterocycle.
