Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an equipment state detection device, equipment state detection method, and program that make it possible to create a three-dimensional model of a cable from three-dimensional coordinates acquired using a laser scanner, or the like, and to highly accurately estimate overall cable tension even from a cable model in which the entirety of a cable has not been subjected to 3D modelling. The equipment state detection device according to the present invention: creates a three-dimensional model of a cable from three-dimensional coordinates acquired using a laser scanner, or the like; acquires, from the three-dimensional model, a straight line joining both ends of the cable and the sag of the cable; and calculates the tension of the cable using a known cable load per unit length.
