Abstract:
The present invention provides an eSIM handover method, switch apparatus, and terminal, said eSIM handover method comprising: detecting whether a destination access point accessed by a terminal has VoWiFi capability; determining whether a destination eSIM, of a plurality of eSIMs of said terminal, supporting VoWiFi functionality has been enabled; if the access point accessed by said terminal has VoWiFi capability and said destination eSIM has not been enabled, handing over to the destination eSIM. The technical solution of the present invention achieves eSIM automatic handover and does not require a user to manually perform handover, simplifying the entire operation process and improving user experience.
