Abstract:
Provided is a characteristics estimation device with which it is possible to easily estimate the current-voltage characteristics of a photoelectric conversion element. The characteristics estimation device 10 is provided with a measurement control unit 2 and a measurement unit 4. A characteristics estimation unit 20 of the measurement control unit 2 derives at least the series resistance of a solar cell 6 from first current-voltage characteristics measured at illuminance G1 and temperature T1 by the measurement unit 4. The characteristics estimation unit 20 estimates a data point comprising the current value and the voltage value of the solar cell 6 at illuminance G2 different from illuminance G1, and temperature T1, using the serial resistance of the solar cell 6 and current values and voltage values in the first current-voltage characteristics, and estimates second current-voltage characteristics of the solar cell 6.
