Abstract:
This evaluation support device allows an element of value of an ICT service to be efficiently acquired by including: a questionnaire generation unit which generates a plurality of questionnaires having, as choices, values of a plurality of stages with respect to advantages felt about a service on the basis of information about a state of a user in each case of using and not using the service to be evaluated; an answer acquisition unit which acquires, from a plurality of people, answers to the plurality of questionnaires generated by the questionnaire generation unit; and a statistic calculation unit which executes a factor analysis on the answers from the plurality of people, extracts the prescribed number of factors, and calculates a value based on a distribution of values respectively represented by answers to a portion of the questionnaires, of which the factor load amounts for each extracted factor are relatively high.
