Abstract:
A machine translation control device (10) comprising: an extraction unit (11) that browses a usage log (21) in a machine translation engine (20) performing machine translation using a machine translation model (22) and extracts at least one partial sentence on the basis of prescribed extraction criteria including semantic similarity between sentences input to the machine translation and sentences output from the machine translation; an acquisition unit (12) that obtains at least one similar sentence similar to the extracted partial sentence and a similar translation, being a translation of the similar sentence, from a translation DB (30); and a tuning unit (13) that tunes a machine translation model on the basis of the obtained similar sentence and similar translation.
