Abstract:
An exercise apparatus of the present invention is provided with: a body portion; an arm portion extending in one direction from the body portion; and a pivotal shaft supporting the arm portion in a pivotally rotatable manner with respect to the body portion. The exercise apparatus is provided with an operating portion disposed at one end of the arm portion in the one direction, and an urging portion which is linked with the arm portion and which, when a user operates the operating portion to pivotally rotate the arm portion, facilitates pivotal rotation of the arm portion.
