Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus. The present invention comprises a main frame in which a driving part for generating an exercise load is provided, and can have side frames that are provided at the main frame so as to be accommodated therein or withdrawn therefrom. In addition, height-adjusting bars (40) can be provided at the side frames. The height-adjusting bar (40) has flat parts (42) and curved parts (41) consecutively arranged in the circumferential direction of the transverse cross section thereof, and can have a plurality of fixing holes (45) formed in the flat parts (42). Handle devices (100) can be lifted/lowered along the height-adjusting bars (40), and fixing pins (130) of the handle devices (100) are inserted into any one of the fixing holes (45) so that the height thereof can be fixed. Therefore, the handle device (100) can be lifted/lowered along a predetermined lifting/lowering path (flat parts (42)) formed on a height-adjusting column, and the handle device (100) can be lifted/lowered along the predetermined path without turning of the directions thereof or randomly rotating when being lifted/lowered.
