BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, beds were vibrated, or only one section of the beds was moved up and down.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an exercise bed installed a bed mattress so as to be possible to exercise on the bed, in which the bed mattress is moved up and down by driving force of a motor, thereby having user's shoulder and waist messaged, improving digestive power, and assisting a waist movement in sexual intercourse due to the vibration of abdomen by alternatively moving the user's shoulder and waist.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to alternatively move a user's shoulder and waist up and down in automatically performing an exercise on the bed, thereby allowing the user to repeatedly exercise and assisting a waist movement in sexual intercourse.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An exercise bed in accordance with the present invention is a bed characterized in that its one side is moved upward and then its the other side is moved downward, that is, both sides are alternatively moved upward and downward, by a actuator and an driving shaft connected to a motor under a bed mattress.

Hereinafter, the present invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an exercise bed provided with a pitching mat for body in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. An actuator 9 connected to a motor 10 by a crank 11 is formed under a bed mattress 1, and a driving shaft 8 and a bearing 12 are formed at the center of the actuator 9.

A movement shaft 5 is formed on the upper surface of the actuator 9, and a movement table A 6 and a movement table B 7 are connected to right and left sides of the movement shaft 5. A machine tool 14 is installed between the movement tables A and B 6 and 7 and the actuator 9.

Hereinafter, operation of the exercise bed of the

present invention will be described in detail. The crank 11 converts the rotational movement of the motor 10 into a vertical movement. Therefore, in case the left side of the actuator 9 is moved upward, the right side of the actuator 9 is moved downward centering around the driving shaft 8. On the other hand, in case the left side of the actuator 9 is moved downward, the right side of the actuator 9 is moved upward centering around the driving shaft 9. Further, since the movement tables A and B 6 and 7 on the upper end of the actuator 9 are pulled upward, the movement tables A and B 6 and 7 alternatively push the mattress as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, and push waist, neck, or shoulder of a user laid thereon, thereby having user's shoulder and waist messaged, improving digestive power, and assisting a waist movement in sexual intercourse. The machine tool 14 installed between the actuator 9 and the movement tables A and B 6 and 7 is controlled so as to adjust the movement height, and a speed regulator 16 for regulating the speed of the motor 10 is used, thereby adjusting the movement height and speed.

INDISTRIAL APPLICABILITY As apparent from the above description, an exercise bed provided with a pitching mat for body, in which right and left sides are alternatively moved up and down,

thereby having user's shoulder, waist, neck, and back messaged and exercised, improving digestive power, and assisting a waist movement in sexual intercourse due to the vibration of abdomen.
