Abstract:
An exercise control method comprises: when an exercise instruction is received, obtaining a body indictor of an exercise user; determining an exercise plan of the exercise user according to the body indictor of the exercise user; determining an operation parameter according to the exercise plan, and controlling, according to the operation parameter, an exercise system to operate, so that the exercise user does exercises according to the exercise plan; and during the operation of the exercise system, obtaining physiological parameter information of the exercise user, and adjusting an operation parameter of the exercise system according to the physiological parameter information. Also provided is an exercise system.
