Abstract:
The present invention detects a change point in the gradient of an electrocardiographic parameter with respect to an exercise load given to a person to be measured (100) at the time of testing a load, and takes, as a first target exercise intensity, the exercise load corresponding to the detected change point of the electrocardiographic parameter. In addition, the present invention detects a heartbeat sound parameter and quality information about the heartbeat sound parameter on the basis of: heartbeat sound data about of the person to be measured (100) at the time of testing a load; or the heartbeat sound data and the electrocardiographic data. Furthermore, the present invention also detects a change point in the gradient of the heartbeat sound parameter for the exercise load, and takes, as a second target exercise intensity, an exercise load corresponding to the detected change point of the heartbeat sound parameter. In addition, an exercise intensity calculation equation is created on the basis of a preset calculation condition, quality information about the electrocardiographic parameter, and the quality information about the heartbeat sound parameter. In addition, a target exercise intensity of the person to be measured (100) is calculated on the basis of the first target exercise intensity and the second target exercise intensity according to the generated exercise intensity calculation equation.
