Abstract:
An exhaust gas purification filter (1) has a plurality of cells (11) extending in the filter axial direction (X), a porous partition wall (12) for compartmentalizing and forming the plurality of cells (11), and a sealing unit (13) for alternatingly sealing the plurality of cells (11) at both filter ends. In the exhaust gas purification filter (1), the partition wall (12) is such that the total value of a void volume Vvv of a protrusion valley section (123) and a material volume Vmp of a protrusion peak section (124), which are volume parameters of the surface of the partition wall (12) obtained by non-contact surface roughness measurement, is 1.8 μm3/μm2 or less.
