Abstract:
Provided is an exhaust gas treatment system with which it is possible to predict, at an early stage, the period in which the concentration of an acidic gas in exhaust gas begins to increase due to a variation in oxygen concentration that is coupled with the variation in the concentration of the acidic gas, and add a suitable addition amount of a treatment agent at a suitable timing. The present invention comprises a treatment agent addition management unit 13 and a treatment agent feed unit 14. The treatment agent addition management unit 13 has exhaust gas analysis units 131, 132 that are installed on the upstream side and/or the downstream side of an exhaust gas recovery unit 16 and that at least analyse the oxygen gas concentration of exhaust gas. The treatment agent addition management unit 13 calculates, on the basis of the amount of variation in the oxygen gas concentration analyzed by the exhaust gas analysis unit 132, the amount of a treatment agent needed to be added to treat an acidic gas contained in the exhaust gas treated by an exhaust gas treatment unit 11, and issues an instruction to feed the treatment agent at the calculated addition amount. The treatment agent feed unit 14 feeds the treatment agent at the addition amount as per the instruction issued by the treatment agent addition management unit 13.
