Abstract:
An experiment system and experiment method based on microfluidic control and Jamin effect observation. The experiment system comprises a pressure drive device (100), a data acquisition device (400), a pattern capturing device (300), and a micro silicon chip (200) internally provided with a photoetching micro-sized passage. One side of the micro silicon chip (200) is connected to the pressure drive device (100), and the other side is connected to the data acquisition device (400). The pattern capturing device (300) is located right above the micro silicon chip (200). The pressure drive device (100) is used for fluid injection and pressure control of the experiment system. The data acquisition device (400) is used for the acquisition and processing of auxiliary data. The pattern capturing device (300) is used for photographing and recording deformation images of a fluid droplet in the micro-passage, and observing the two-phase interface. The experiment method comprises the steps of experiment preparation, experiment, and data acquisition. In the micro silicon chip (200), a cross-shaped passage model is used, the size of droplets and bubbles generated is controlled by controlling the pressure, and a throat is provided to observe the deformation, so as to implement the research on the Jamin effect. The two-phase microfluidic control can be implemented by a simple method.
