Abstract:

An explosion-proof LED tube and manufacturing method thereof, the LED tube comprising: a tube (11), an explosion-proof protective film (111), a self-adhesive substrate (13), a plurality of LED elements (14) and two end covers (15). The self-adhesive substrate (13) provided with a plurality of LED elements (14) on the surface thereof is directly affixed to the inner wall of the tube (11) quickly using a substrate affixing tool. The heat of the LED elements (14) is transferred to the air through the tube (11) to improve heat dissipation. With no aluminum base required, the illumination range of the LED tube can be expanded.
