Abstract:

The present invention relates to an expression cassette which includes an rrnA promoter derived from Vibrio natriegens for increasing the growth rate of E. coli, and to recombinant E. coli in which the expression cassette has been introduced. More specifically, the present invention relates to an expression cassette which includes an rrnA promoter derived from Vibrio natriegens which can increase the growth rate of E. coli by being introduced in an rrn operon promoter region of E. coli, and to recombinant E. coli in which the expression cassette has been introduced.
