Abstract:
External fixation apparatus / Salama Fix 1/ for leg elongation and orthopedic in different directions, it consists of a half arch or nearly a half arch and two arches in form of two third ring, perforated regularly m their diameter is small than the first arch, also the apparatus consists of additional vertical on the first arch, of different height, in which enter brochettes and screw of different angles, there is a special accessory that guidethe brochette and tension it to the requested degree, the third arch contains two special accessories on the oppositeedges of the arch, through which pass screws and brochette with different angles. There are many different sizes in such a way that it is possible to apply small different sizes, they permit moving the neighboring articulations freely, in addition to the medical features suitable for every case .
