Abstract:
Provided are an external micro-interface strengthening system and method for preparing butyl octanol by carbonylation of propylene. The external micro-interface strengthening system comprises a carbonyl synthesis reactor, the side wall of the carbonyl synthesis reactor is provided with a raw material inlet, a micro-interface unit for dispersing crushed materials into micro-bubbles is arranged at the raw material inlet, and the micro-interface unit comprises a first micro-interface generator and a second micro-interface generator which are sequentially and horizontally connected in series. After the micro-interface unit is arranged at the raw material inlet of the carbonyl synthesis reactor, the external micro-interface strengthening system solves the problem of low system reaction efficiency in the prior art due to the fact that synthesis gas, propylene and a catalyst cannot be fully mixed in a reactor.
