Abstract:
An external resonator-type semiconductor laser device 1A is provided with: an external resonator 5 configured from one or a plurality of laser diode light sources 2 and a volume Bragg grating (VBG) 6; an optical fiber 7 from which output light La from the laser diode light source 2 is output toward the VBG 6, and into which return light Lb from the VBG 6 is input; and a displacement unit 8 which causes the position at which the VBG 6 is disposed to be displaced with respect to an input/output end face 9 of the optical fiber 7.
