Abstract:
A train position management server (1) detects two trains approaching each other by, for example, acquiring position information of each of the two trains. Upon detection of two trains approaching each other, the train position management server (1) determines, as an interference avoidance means for avoiding radio wave interference between the two trains, one of (1) switching communication frequency bands, (2) suppressing transmission power and increasing a modulation rate, and (3) network configuration control, in accordance with a priority order, and transmits an instruction for implementing the determined interference avoidance means to at least one of the two trains.
