Abstract:
Disclosed are an extinction ultralow-temperature curing powder coating composition and a coating layer thereof. The composition comprises at least a high-acid-value polyester resin with an acid value of not less than 60 mgKOH/g and a GMA acrylic resin with an epoxy equivalent of not more than 600 g/eq. The high-acid-value polyester resin and the GMA acrylic resin undergo a cross-linking curing reaction at a temperature of not higher than 125ºC for not longer than 30 minutes to form a cured coating film, and the cured coating film has a gloss range of 2-20º in a 60º light source test. In the present invention, curing can be completed at a temperature of not higher than 125ºC within not longer than 30 minutes, and the cured coating film thereof has a gloss range of 2-20º in a 60º light source test at the same time; in addition, the cured coating film has a good weather resistance and can be applied to indoor and outdoor fields.
